- A A: This group is held in-person at our Ottawa office, located at 1750 Courtwood Crescent, Ottawa.Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM.
Q: Can I join the group at any time, or do I have to wait for a new cycle to start?
- A: A full DBT skills cycle typically runs for 24 weeks to cover all four modules (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness). Each weekly group session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
Q: What happens if I have to miss a session?
