Nancy Al Kayal is a psychologist and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical consultation. Registered with both the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, she holds degrees in Educational and Clinical Psychology, diploma in mediation, along with specialized training in a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Art-Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

Nancy works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups using an integrative and culturally sensitive approach tailored to individual needs. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, with intermediate Italian proficiency, she is passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, communication difficulties, and mood-related concerns.

In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to research initiatives, participated in international conferences and trainings, and authored the guided journal 30 Days to Make It Happen, reflecting her commitment to making psychological knowledge practical and accessible.
