Jennifer Bonneville is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with over 15 years of experience in practicing counselling. She holds a master’s degree in educational counselling, she’s a college professor, a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
With extensive experience in the college sector, Jennifer has worked with individuals of various ages, helping them navigate a wide range of challenges. Jennifer's expertise includes supporting clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, relationship and family issues, workplace concerns, academic stress, and mental health difficulties.
Drawing on modalities such as psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy, Jennifer uses a client-centered approach to empower individuals in their healing journey. As a strong advocate of strength-based therapy, Jennifer focuses on building on clients' strengths and resilience, encouraging them to recognize what they can do rather than what they can’t.
